Congrats I really think your pregnant! Implantation bleeding can vary from women to women and can last like a period for 2 days. I am 7 weeks pregnant and had all the same symptoms as you especially the cramping/sharp pains which is implantation and your uterus stretching and growing to accommodate baby.
