Moving to Ibiza! general question about moving abroad!?

Hi my brother in law is goign to ibiza for 6 months maybe for good1 he is planning to get work over there when he gets there! will he need a visa or a work prmit? or is there anything he will need for his move? thank you in advance. just wnat tpo make sure he got evrything right.
