I was wondering how this diet sounded?

Although you are physically very active you mentioned that you also want to lose weight. Add up the calories in your daily diet based on the portion size you eat and you'll discover that you are eating more calories than you should for your body type. Also calculate the number of grams of fat and carbohyhrate you are consuming. I also noticed that you do not have any vegetables listed. Be cautious with portion size, as well. One serving of fruit can be one medium size apple or 1.2 banana. Your snacks seem pretty heavy as well. As for meat portion, one portion is the equivalent size and thickness of a deck of cards.I'd also add in a bit more milk, skim would be ideal and increase your whole grains. Raisin Bran, although good is high in sugar.
