Who will be better in 2010, Pittsburgh Steelers or Oakland Raiders?

I think the Raiders will be better simply because they have improved they team and they have gotten rid of that dead weight called JaMarcus Russell. I like the moves they have made in the offseason and I feel like they are ready to contend in the AFC West. On the other hand, the Steelers I feel like they haven't done a whole lot to improve their team in the offseason plus you have the problems of Big Ben that will follow them all season. Also I just feel like the Bengals and Ravens are just plain better at this point.
