Brown Sauce in America?

Ok, So as us Brits all know Brown sauce is a must have in our dietary requirements, I personally eat it with most foods, cheese toasties and a big breakfast being two of my must haves, what I want to know is do Americans have Brown Sauce, when you watch tv you always see a tomato and mustard bottle but never any Brown Sauce bottles. For those who dont know Brown Sauce is a malt vinegar base blended with fruits and spices. This is a random question but its something that I have wanted to know for a while lol. Thanks =)
