How can I pay for school with out a co-signer for a loan?

I know a lot will say to get financial aid.. but I messed up my first year of college with partying too much. Came in with a 3.43 ended with a 1.96.. people have told me that I cant apply for financial aid because of my gpa is to low and then my parents wont co-sign for a loan! How can I get money to attend school other then saving money from work?
