Its been four days since i had a tooth extraction????????!!!!!!!!!!?

Yes it could be a dry socket. Dry socket usually takes 3 to 4 days to develop and the pain is really intense, a seering burning type pain. If that is what you have then you are going to have to get back to the dentist to have them pack the socket with medicated gauze or if you don't do that then you are going to have to live with it until it gets better because it will get better eventually.
