Help me out with a guy i like please!!?

there's this guy at school who i really like. we're both kind of nerdy and not in the "popular groups". i always read my book in homeroom and when i occasionally look up, he's looking at me. we both wear the same converse allstar high-tops on the same day and are kind of shy. but here's the stupid catch, his twin sister is sort-of friends with me and is really weird, and the stupid popular girls are always acting ditsy and messing with him, he doesn't care, but it drives me nuts. me and this guy don't talk to each other all that much but i kind of think he likes me too.
