I live in Kuwait, and I really want to know whether online stores deliver stuff to kuwait, need help plz!!!!?

I want to buy a laptop online, the laptops in kuwait are expensive, my father says that you can't order anything to kuwait from online stores because it's non U.S. and that isn't well developed to do those kinds of stuff. Is it true? Or can i actually order from online stores and get the stuff to my doorstep, or apartment at least?!?!!?
