Paper training my puppy?

sorry if this is stupid but i just Say what i have done with my puppy, im suffering the same thing with weather, hes only 11weeks i not sure of what a pad is but if this helps try newspaper near the door to outside, every eat,drink or waking up take him to the paper if he starts to sniff about he needs it he do it there or if he sniffs and walks off try taking him outside if the weather ain't to bad at the moment, since the paper is next to the door it be easy to get him out to pee/poo an he notice outside is where he does it. if this helps then nice :) but if it didn't then sorry :( Good luck and hope you and puppy have fun together ^^
