Question about community guidelines??

I know it's frustrating sometimes. The same has happened in the Germany section, especially Saarland. There were awful questions and answers, very antisemitic, racial, childish, all done by a group of weirdo's. Although there were complaints the staff didn't do anything about it. The people who tried to give serious answers or who posted serious questions were scared away by all these kids and thumbs down. However complain on the website suggestions from Yahoo Answers.
