Shed some light on Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream. Is it good for acne?

I went to the doctors recently. It was a new doctor and I went to see him about my body acne.(ewww) I asked him to refill my stuff then he said the stuff that I am on isnt for body acne. So I guess my old doctor messed up. But the thing is that this was the best thing that has worked for me so far. The thing that I am on is Triamcinolone Acetonide cream USP. I looked it up and its mainly for rashes and not for acne. It says its anti-flamatory. So would this mean that it helps my acne? This stuff works fine but do you have anything else to get rid of back acne. Perferably creams no pills. Thanks
