What graphics card? for pc [desktop]?

You really need to post what your motherboard has for available slots. You seem to have a more up to date modern computer, so I am going to ume you have a PCI-E slot. Open your case and look at the board. There sould be a few 1/2 wide by @ 6" long slots. White is usually PCI. Blue is PCI-E or AGP. Black/brown is usually PCI-Ex16. Do a google search on pci-e photos and it will give you a better idea what you are looking for. If $150 is your max, I recommend a Nvidia GS260 or a ATI Radeon HD 4850. The ATI card was on sale at Best Buy the other day for $80. With your price range, you can buy two cards and connect them together to utilize their CrossFireX technology. It will give you the power of two cards and 1gig of memory. That is what I have im my system and I can run everything at max settings, including Crysis, Far Cry 2, and Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood. Good luck, but you really need to know what you can install in your computer before you start buying! I would also recommend checking out newegg.com and do some research. They have the best prices around and most of their cards have mail in rebates or free shipping. Just make sure you know what you really want so your not returning stuff.
