Which is the best pacifier?

My 5 day old baby is always on the and i try giving her the soothie pacifier from the hospital but it never stays in her mouth. None of my other kids used pacifiers one was a thumb sucker and the other is only 2 1/2 and still sucks on her 2 middle fingers. So anyways what pacifier did you use for your baby and did he/she adapt to it well?
