I am forced to go cold turkey from 60-90mg of roxycontin everyday for the last 3 months.?

I have xanax, but would like to get off those also. I have been taking 4-6mgs a day for the last 4 years. Any suggestions for either problem. Will the withdrawls even be that bad from the roxy withdrawal?
