What are some good books to read?

I need some new books but I have no idea what to grab. I like adventure&action mixed with romance, stuff like lord of the rings, when i was younger i read Narnia. Nothing that's too "out there". Like parts could be real and some parts couldn't. Suggestions? thnx :D
